Appointments can be made by phone, in person, or online through our website.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure timely service.

If you're running late, please call ahead. We'll do our best to accommodate, but lengthy delays may result in rescheduling.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

A 50% service fee may apply for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

 Services and Pricing:

Prices may vary based on hair length, texture, and complexity of the service. Consult with us for accurate pricing.

All services are guaranteed within 7 days. If you're unsatisfied, please contact us for a complimentary adjustment.

  

Payment:

We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.

Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

 

Gift Voucher (CERTIFICATES)

Voucher's makes the perfect gift. However, Gift Vouchers (Certificates) are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or gratuities

Face masks may be required based on current health guidelines.

Our equipment and stations are sanitized between each client for your safety.
