All new clients, colour corrections, bleach outs, and fashion colours require a complimentary consultation prior to booking.

Airbrush Tanning 101: Prep | During | After | Extend Your Tan
Prep
Shave, Shower, Exfoliate.
Arrive to your spray tan with clean skin, free of lotions or products which could create a barrier between your skin and the spray tan product.
You may wear whatever you wish for the spray tan, or nothing at all; anything you do wear will leave a perfect tan line behind.
During
Our airbrush spray tans are performed by a trained technician.
The spray tan will take about 10-15 minutes.
The color is full customizable to your needs - from a light golden to a tropical bronze.
You will absolutely NOT turn orange!
After
Following the spray tan you must wear dark, loose clothing - no bra or leggings as tight clothing can create rubbing and leave weird lines.
The product takes 4 hours to full develop. During those 4 hours you must avoid water - no showers, no dishes, no sweating at the gym.
After the 4 hours, we recommend taking your first shower. Gently rinse the spray tan product off your skin, do not scrub or exfoliate.
Extend your tan
The better your prep your skin, the longer your spray tan will last.
Be nice to your skin, lots of lotion and sunscreen. It is important to keep your skin hydrated to extend the life of your spray tan.
To maximize your spray tan you can also purchase tan extender products - ask your spray tan technician about what we have to offer in salon.
Laser Hair Removal
WHAT IS LASER HAIR REMOVAL?
Laser Hair Removal is a safe and effective way of removing unwanted hair, permanently. The way it works is simple. Light is absorbed by melanin, the pigment in the hair follicle. The laser’s light energy heats the pigment and destroys the hair follicle. It only affects the specific structures of the hair and follicle, leaving the surrounding skin undamaged.
Olive & Ash only use medical grade lasers, the most advanced technology available, which safely deliver superior results and faster treatment times that have zero to minimal pain.
Hair Growth Cycle: It can take six to twelve weeks for a hair to grow from the papilla to the surface of the skin. Every hair in our body goes through the three phases of the hair growth cycle: Anagen, Catagen and Telogen. At any given time about 85%-90% of your hair is in the Anagen phase (active stage), 1-2% is in the Catagen phase (transitional stage), and 10-14% is in the Telogen phase (resting stage). The Anagen phase is the best time to target as the hair is well situated in the follicle for the IPL to seek and destroy. Due to the different cycles, 6-8 treatments are recommended on average, spaced out according to the growth cycle. The time it takes to complete a full program varies from person to person and the location of the hair on the body, but is typically 12-24 months.
